What is Unify?
AI teammates that pick up the phone — they join calls, draft from your apps, send the email, ship the PR. Same surfaces your team already uses (Slack, Teams, email, SMS, Zoom, Meet), plus their own browser, calendar, files and scoped access to the apps you connect.
How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?
Frontier chat models generate text. Unify teammates execute. They join calls, query your apps, draft the artefacts, open the PRs, send the emails. You don't copy-paste outputs — they ship the deliverable directly.
How many apps do you connect to?
Around three thousand at last count — HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Linear, Jira, GitHub, Notion, Figma, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams, Mixpanel, PostHog, Snowflake, plus the long tail. See /integrations for the full list.
Voice and video — really?
Really. Call them from the browser or give them a phone number. They join Zoom / Meet / Teams calls, listen, ask questions, take action. The fastest way to onboard one is the way you'd onboard a person — hop on a call and walk them through it.
Are starter credits really free?
Yes — starter credits on signup, no card required. Burn through them however you want. When they run out, pick a plan.
Is there a per-seat charge?
No. Pricing is workspace-based — your whole team shares one credit pool. See /pricing for the full breakdown.
Does every plan get every feature?
Yes. Live voice and video, screen-share, every integration, scheduled tasks, persistent memory — all of it. Plans differ only in credit volume and Enterprise contract terms.
Where does my data sit?
EU data residency by default, with UK / US options. See /security for the full posture — SOC 2, ISO 27001 in progress, DPA available, sub-processors listed.
Can my admins control what a teammate sees?
Yes — each teammate has scoped access, audit logs, and one-click revoke. Same access model your team already uses, with role-based scopes.
Do you train models on my data?
No. Your conversations, files and integration data are not used to train shared models. See the DPA and /security.
