Agent Harness Engineer

We've built an open source agent harness which powers our AI droids (colleagues). We've raised $8m in venture funding, and we're looking for skilled engineers to help us build out specific workflows on top of the underlying harness.

The Role

• Build out GTM, BizOps and analytics workflows on top of the harness
• Help to iterate on the harness design itself
• Daily meetings for mentorship and feedback

Upon Completion

• We'll share your work on our socials, with a video
• A certificate to show your completion of the role
• Reference letter for future roles etc.

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills
• Background in agentic harness engineering
• Strong skills with Cursor, Claude Code, Codex etc.
